2 Object
The purpose of these T&Cs is to define the rights and obligations of PRO CONNECT SAS and its clients in the context of the online sale of garden lighting and associated products.
Any order placed on the site implies full and unconditional acceptance of these terms and conditions.
3 Products
The products offered for sale are described and presented with the utmost accuracy possible.
The photographs are non-contractual. In case of error or omission, the responsibility of PRO CONNECT SAS cannot be engaged.
4 Prizes
The prices are indicated in euros (€), all taxes included (VAT). Delivery charges are specified before the order is confirmed.
PRO CONNECT SAS reserves the right to change its prices at any time, but products will be charged based on the rate in effect at the time of order confirmation.
5 Commands
All orders validated on the site www.pro-connect.com constitutes an irrevocable acceptance by the client.
The customer receives a confirmation email summarising the ordered products, the total price, and the delivery address.
6 Payments
The payment is made by credit card (Visa, Mastercard) or by bank transfer. Payments are secure. PRO CONNECT SAS does not store any banking data.
7 Delivery
The products are delivered within 24 to 48 hours in mainland France (excluding weekends and public holidays).
Deliveries to Europe may require additional time depending on the country.
In the event of a delivery delay, the customer is invited to contact our customer service for precise information regarding the shipment of the parcel.
8 Receipts and complaints
The customer is required to check the condition of the package and the products upon receipt. In case of damage, they must report it to the carrier and to PRO CONNECT SAS within 48 hours.
9 Right of withdrawal and returns
In accordance with Article L221-18 of the Consumer Code, the customer has a period of 14 days from the receipt of the product to exercise their right of withdrawal, without having to provide a reason.
- If the return is due to a quality issue or an error by PRO CONNECT SAS, the return costs are fully covered.
- If the return is due to an error on the part of the customer (wrong product choice, change of mind, etc.), the return costs are to be borne by them.
The refund will be processed within a maximum of 14 days after receipt of the returned product, provided it is in good condition.
10 Guarantee
All products sold by PRO CONNECT SAS come with a legal guarantee of conformity (articles L217-4 and following of the Consumer Code) and a commercial guarantee of 24 months.
This warranty covers manufacturing defects and does not apply to damage caused by improper use, incorrect installation, or modification of the product.
11 Responsibility
PRO CONNECT SAS shall not be held liable for any indirect damages related to the use of the products sold. Its liability is limited to the amount of the order.
12 Personal Data
The data collected during the order is strictly confidential and necessary for the management of the order and delivery.
It is never shared with unauthorised third parties.
In accordance with the GDPR, the customer has the right to access, rectify, and delete their personal data.
13 Intellectual Property
All the elements of the site www.pro-connect.com (texts, images, logos, graphics) are the exclusive property of PRO CONNECT SAS. Any reproduction, in whole or in part, is strictly prohibited.
14 Applicable law and disputes
The present T&Cs are subject to French law. In the event of a dispute, an amicable solution will be sought as a priority. Failing an agreement, the competent court will be that of the registered office of PRO CONNECT SAS.
